BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING
Admission Requirements for:

Direct Entry

The minimum grade is C+ and

  • C+ in Math/Physics
  • C+ in English /Kiswahili
  • C+ in Chemistry
  • C+ in Biology

Duration of the course: 4 Years

Upgrading Nurses

The applicant must be Kenya registered Community Health Nurse or Kenya registered Nurse/ Midwife from a recognized institution. The diploma holder must also have either of the following;

  • KCSE minimum Grade of C Plain
  • KCE/ EACE Division II or principal and subsidiary pass, in science subjects
  • KCE/EACE Division III plus Certificate in Nursing
ADVANCE DIPLOMA IN MEDICAL EDUCATION
A candidate must have a minimum Diploma in any Health or Medical Profession’s Programme. Duration: 1 year (Three Trimesters; Including Practicum)
DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCES MGT & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
KCSE Mean Grade C plain or Division III in KCE or Equivalent. Duration: 2 Years, full-time (Six trimesters)
