Laikipia University Cultural Week, LU Culture Week 2018 was held on Monday 9th July 2018 to Friday, 13th July 2018 at the Main Campus, pavilion grounds.
Theme: “Building Bridges through Cultural Diversity”
Prof. Kibett Rotich, Vice-Chancellor officially opened the LU Culture Week 2018 on Thursday, 12th July 2018. He emphasized the importance of embracing our culture which is diverse and brings everyone together. He also acknowledged the various talents among the students and urged them to nurture them and that the University commits to nurturing the youthful such as drama, dance, sports,art amongst others.
He also urges all to respect and appreciate each other and their diverse cultures.
