OR “A” level certificate with at least one principal in the subjects indicated above. OR Diploma with a minimum of Credit Pass in related field of study from a recognized institution.

A holder of a Bachelors degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or its equivalent from a recognised institution provided s/he have two years working experience in the relevant discipline.
